Job Description

Bloomfield Hospital in Dublin is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to lead a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants within an acute mental health setting. The role reports to Nursing leadership and operates within a multiprofessional team at Stocking Lane, Rathfarnham.

The ideal candidate will have a Registered Psychiatric Nurse qualification, 5+ years post-qualification experience (with 2 years as CNM1), and proven leadership in clinical governance and workforce planning.
