Senior Client Services Associate

We are currently working with a global asset manager in their search for a Senior Client Services Associate. This position directly reports to the Head of Client Services, assisting with managing new/existing client relationships and increasing engagement.

The Senior Client Services Associate will take responsibility for the following duties:

1. Support the team to produce tailored investment reporting materials.
2. Work closely with internal teams to effectively manage client assets.
3. Engage and contribute in client meetings and events, where appropriate.
4. Build strong relationships with and be the point of contact for key stakeholders, both internal and external.
5. Actively contribute on broader ad-hoc requests across the team, as they arise.

The Senior Client Services Associate will meet the following skillset:

1. Minimum 4 years' experience in Client Services within the asset management sector.
2. Strong knowledge of institutional markets.
3. Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
4. Strong written and oral communication skills.
5. Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail.
6. European languages are preferred.
