Senior Client Services & Operations Leader

Soane Britain is seeking a senior leader to shape and run the Client Services function from offices in Leicester and London. You will lead teams across Furniture & Lighting and Fabrics & Wallpaper, drive exceptional client experiences and align with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to ensure smooth order journeys.

The role requires strategic leadership, process improvement and a strong focus on data, systems adoption and service excellence across territories.
