Built on a reputation for delivering a highly personal and precise service, the company continues to expand and is now seeking a Senior Client Manager to join its Warwick-based team.This is a relationship-led role focused on managing an existing client portfolio alongside incoming new business opportunities. Previous experience in insurance or medical terminology is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while delivering an exceptional standard of service. You will manage renewals, handle new enquiries and work closely with underwriting partners to provide tailored insurance solutions.Key responsibilities include:Managing and renewing a portfolio of existing clients, delivering a highly professional and responsive serviceManaging new enquiries and building strong relationships to understand individual requirementsWorking with a panel of underwriters to secure competitive renewal and new business quotationsRepresenting the business professionally at medical congresses, events and private hospital functionsCompleting policy administration accurately and maintaining up-to-date client records via CRM systemsWe are looking for a confident relationship builder who can engage naturally with senior professionals and adapt their communication style to different personalities and situations.Skills & Experience:Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapportAbility to read situations and tailor conversations accordinglyHighly presentable and professional approachStrong relationship-building skills supported by broad life experienceComfortable engaging in conversation across a range of topics, including travel, sport, food and current affairsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage administrative processes accuratelyFull diving license and access to your own carDesirable Experience:Previous experience within medical, healthcare or insurance environments would be advantageous, but is not essentialDegree educated preferredLeading experts in STM Publishing & Digital Content RecruitmentReferrals: We offer a reward if you recommend the perfect candidate for this position and our client hires them.
