Senior Clerk of Works - Residential Build Inspector

calfordseaden seeks a Senior Clerk of Works to lead a busy team on predominantly residential new build or refurbishment projects near West London and the M4 corridor. You will perform regular site visits, produce reports and monitor progress, ensuring compliance with drawings, warranties and employer's requirements.

You will support junior colleagues, manage defect trackers, and lead snagging and end-of-defects inspections with clients.
