Senior Civil Engineering Technician - Renewable Energy

Glasgow or Edinburgh

An opportunity to join a growing civil infrastructure team delivering major renewable energy projects across Scotland and the UK, including onshore wind, substations, grid infrastructure and BESS.

The Role

• Civil design from concept through to construction and close-out
• Wind farm and substation access design
• Drainage, culverts and site infrastructure design
• Public highway design and swept-path analysis
• Production of technical drawings, reports and as-built records
• Liaison with engineers, clients and contractors

What You'll Need

• HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering
• Strong AutoCAD skills; experience with Civil 3D and MicroDrainage desirable
• Infrastructure design experience (renewables experience a bonus)
• Practical, delivery-focused mindset
