About the Role We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to take a leading role in the design and delivery of a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior position where you can apply your expertise across client liaison, winning work, project planning, design and management.

You'll work closely with a skilled team of engineers and technical staff, lead multidisciplinary design efforts, and play a key role in supporting business development.

What We're Looking For We're looking for a driven and experienced professional who:

• Is seeking the next step in their career in a new office in one of the fastest growing areas of Australia;
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
• Has 10+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering design and project delivery;
• Is RPEQ and/or CPEng accredited (or eligible to obtain within 3 months);
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and experience leading teams;
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to liaise effectively with clients;
• Can manage projects independently, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting;
• Is experienced in preparing and reviewing technical proposals and fee submissions;
• Has a strong technical foundation and a passion for quality and innovation;
• Brings commercial awareness and a desire to contribute to business growth.
