Senior Children's Residential Team Leader

S.N.G HEALTHCARE LIMITED is seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker in Hedge End to lead and supervise shifts for a 4-bed service supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.

This role involves ensuring high-quality, person-centered care, encouraging independence and social inclusion through planned activities. Candidates must have a Level 3 NVQ in Children & Young People and a full UK driving license.
