Senior Children's Residential Care Lead

Sgscare in Alsager is seeking an experienced Senior Children's Residential Care Worker dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive environment. You will directly support children and young people, ensuring their safety and welfare while implementing individualized care plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare and experience in residential settings. Furthermore, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and families to achieve positive outcomes.
