Job Description
Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a 0.6 WTE Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join the Social Care team in Welwyn Garden City, focusing on equipment and housing adaptations for children and young people.
You will assess needs, advise on equipment and home adaptations, and help develop clinical pathways while building leadership skills in a supportive, integrated therapy service.
