Fixed Term until 31st March 2026, with extension possible, subject to continued funding.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Childcare Worker to join our Flying Start team, supporting children aged 2-3 years old to give them the best start in life.

What we re looking for:

We are seeking a natural leader who can inspire and support a small team of dedicated childcare workers, promoting high quality practice and creating an engaging, nurturing environment for every child.

- Someone who has a genuine passion for working with young children.

- A caring, motivated, and reliable individual who is committed to supporting children s development.

- Experience or understanding of multi-agency working to support families holistically.

- You will hold a relevant Level 5 childcare qualification
