Senior Childcare Team Leader - Residential Homes

Cambian Group Plc in Preston (Lavender Home) is seeking a Senior Childcare Worker/Team Leader to support young people with daily routines, supervise staff, and ensure high levels of care. You'll help with school prep, meals, and activity planning while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a similar role, Level 3/4 in Children's Residential, and a UK driving licence. Sleep-ins are paid and a welcome bonus may apply based on probation.
