Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to take a leading role our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The successful candidate will oversee kitchen operations, from menu planning to food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests. There is freedom to be creative to help take the restaurant and experience to the next level.

Duties
- Support the Hd Chef in managing the kitchen and staff
- Create and update menus in line with seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
- Supervise food preparation to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to meet financial targets and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production and menu planning
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen workflow effectively
