We're looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to take the next step in their career or for an experienced Sous Chef seeking a fresh challenge.

You'll work closely with the Head Chef Ollie Moore to deliver consistently high-quality food, support the day-to-day running of the kitchen and help maintain our excellent standards.

Responsibilities

Running your section confidently and efficiently
Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Maintaining consistently high food standards and presentation
Assisting with training and supporting junior chefs
Ensuring excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
Helping with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
Contributing ideas for seasonal menus
Working as part of a positive, hardworking team

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
Passion for fresh, seasonal food
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure
High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
Positive attitude with a strong team ethic
Food Hygiene Level 2 (preferred)
