Known for delivering sophisticated dining experiences, innovative menus, and flawless service, this award-winning group is seeking talented Senior Chef de Partie who is passionate about Food, quality, and progression.

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, working with top-tier ingredients and state-of-the-art kitchens. You'll collaborate with highly skilled chefs, contribute to menu development, and maintain the impeccable standards expected in a luxury dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and run your assigned section with precision and consistency
• Lead and mentor Junior Chefs
• Prepare high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant's standards
• Work closely with senior chefs to develop seasonal and innovative menus
• Ensure all food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness regulations are upheld
• Train and support junior team members where needed
• Contribute positively to a high-performance, collaborative kitchen culture

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining or luxury restaurant setting
• Passionate about premium ingredients, technique, and presentation
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
• A genuine interest in modern gastronomy and culinary innovation
