The Role

As Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes and maintaining the highest standards in a fast-paced, detail-driven kitchen. You will support the senior team while mentoring junior chefs and ensuring consistency across your section.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and manage a designated section of the kitchen with precision and consistency

• Prepare and present dishes to exacting standards

• Support the development and training of junior chefs

• Maintain exceptional hygiene, safety, and food handling standards

• Contribute to menu development and creative processes

• Ensure smooth service and effective communication within the team

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a high-end or Michelin-starred kitchen

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail

• A calm, organised approach under pressure

• Passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning

• Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities
