Green & Fortune is seeking a Senior Chef De Partie to lead the hospitality kitchen at One Southwark Bridge, London. You will work with the Sous Chef to deliver premium food for executive dining, conferences and large-scale events, while guiding a talented kitchen team to maintain top standards of quality, safety and presentation.
