What You'll Be Doing

• Running your designated section with confidence and consistency.
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Preparing and presenting dishes to STK's exacting standards.
• Assisting with training and mentoring junior chefs.
• Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Monitoring stock levels and helping minimise waste.
• Working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional service during busy periods.
• Ensuring quality, consistency, and attention to detail on every plate.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Experience in a high-volume, premium restaurant or steakhouse environment.
• Passion for quality ingredients and beautifully executed dishes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
• A genuine team player with a desire to develop and progress.
