Aramark UK are currently looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our team working with our prestigious corporate client, who have six sites spanning across London, Bournemouth, Dublin, Edinburgh, and Luxemburg. Our client, a global financial institution with roots tracing back to 1799, is built on a core principle of delivering exceptional client service - and that's exactly what we expect from you!

In addition, you'll play a key role in the exciting reopening of our newly refurbished site. You will help ensure the transition into the brand new space is seamless, operationally strong, and reflective of the exceptional service culture we are committed to delivering.

The role is subject to client vetting.

A day in the life of a Senior Chef de Partie:
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently to brand and recipe specifications.
  • Ensure food quality, flavour, freshness, and visual presentation meets required standards.
  • Support menu development, including testing new dishes and providing creative input.
  • Manage dietary requirements, allergen safety, and nutritional considerations.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service during peak periods.
  • Maintain correct portion control, stock rotation, and waste management practices.
  • Coordinate with front of house and other departments to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across all kitchen areas.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Monitor food cost, labour cost, and waste to maintain kitchen profitability.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities as required.
You will be set up for success if you have:
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavour profiles.
  • Ability to work across multiple stations (sauté, grill, pastry, prep, etc.).
  • Creative approach to menu design and dish presentation.
  • Knowledge of global flavours and trends-especially relevant given your Thrive and Pacific concepts.
