Job Role Requirements:
-Carrying out preparation to agreed company standard.
-Cooking food to the required standard.
-Demonstrate an ability to work cleanly & efficiently.
-Work well as part of a team in a busy kitchen.
-Able to communicate clearly and follow orders as set out by senior chefs.
-Able to work safely & understanding of basic food hygiene practices.
