Senior Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel Kitchen

The successful candidate will join Hastings Hotels' kitchen team at Ballygally Castle, working 45 hours a week over five shifts, with typical patterns from early morning to evening. You will assist in supervising kitchen staff, maintain Hastings standards of preparation and presentation, manage stock, and train junior team members to deliver first-class service.
