Reports to:Head Chef
Shifts:40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, shift times vary
TheOpportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef dePartieto join our Kitchen Team. At Ashridge House we cater to a wide range of dining experiences from banqueting to barbequing. We pride ourselves on using local,seasonaland sustainable producewhilst working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role will suit a self-motivated chef whohas experience in banqueting in ahigh-volumekitchen.
Responsibilities Include
Produce high quality foodto recipe requirements
Quality control of each dish in both execution and presentation
Contribute ideas for new menus
Maintain high levels of hygiene within the Kitchen
Clearly communicate with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service delivery
Candidate Profile
Banqueting experience in a high-volume kitchen
Experience of working in a fast-paced kitchen
High levelof hygiene and cleanliness
Must be able to commute to Ashridge House
20 days paid holiday each year plus bank holidays
