  • Week 1 - Monday-Friday 11.00-19.00 / Week 2 Monday-Wednesday 07.00-14.00, Saturday 07.00-19.00, Sunday 07.00-14.00
  • £15.05 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
  • On-site parking / Free meal on shift / Whites provided and laundered.
  • Location is Nuffield Health Woking

As Senior Chef at Sodexo in Nuffield Health Woking you'll lead in preparing high-quality meals that support patient wellbeing and enhance the overall dining experience. You'll be involved in the management of the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards. Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
  • Contribute to menu planning and recipe development
  • Support, guide, and train junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, COSHH, and fire safety regulationsMaintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
Your Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and at least 2 years' experience as a chef
  • Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for cooking
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Clear, respectful communication and a strong team spirit
