Job Description

The Senior Change Management Specialist will be part of Stefanini's consulting team and will be tasked with delivering comprehensive change management support and driving successful change initiatives for a variety of external clients. The role involves consulting engagements that require working closely with clients to achieve transformational goals, manage transitions effectively, and ensure long-lasting organizational improvements.

The mission of the Senior Change Management Specialist is to deliver exceptional, high-quality advisory services that ensure successful adoption and sustainability of client organizational change initiatives. By providing strategic guidance, insightful analyses, and tailored solutions, this role significantly enhances our company's reputation as a trusted partner and leading technology consultancy, driving meaningful transformations and long-term client success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end change management plans for complex client projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic vision.
  • Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis and proactively engage with stakeholders to build commitment, manage expectations, and address concerns effectively.
  • Identify potential risks and resistance to change; implement targeted strategies to mitigate impact and promote smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, leadership, HR, and communications functions to ensure cohesive messaging, alignment, and integration of change management activities.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs, workshops, and supporting materials to enable effective adoption and sustainment of changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives through defined metrics and feedback mechanisms, implementing improvements and reporting results to leadership.
  • Provide coaching and support to management and staff on managing and navigating change effectively.


Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of direct experience in change management roles, ideally within large-scale transformation projects or organizational restructuring.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading change initiatives involving significant processes, systems, or cultural transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, communications planning, training design and delivery.
  • Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model) is required.
  • Background in consultancy or advisory roles preferred.


Key Skills and Certifications:

  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in using project management and change management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, ADKAR tools).
  • Ability to produce compelling presentations, reports, and change impact analyses.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with experience in delivering workshops and training sessions to diverse audiences.
