Senior CDM Consultant

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior CDM Consultant to join one of the UK's most established and respected multi-disciplinary consultancies, based in Derby.

As a Senior CDM Consultant, you'll lead the delivery of Principal Designer and CDM advisory services across a variety of projects. You'll provide expert guidance to clients, influence design risk management, and play a pivotal role in promoting safety and compliance across the full project lifecycle.

• Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 Regulations.
• Delivering high-level CDM and health & safety advice to clients and design teams.
• Preparing and reviewing construction phase plans and pre-construction information.
• Managing client relationships and supporting business development activity.
• Mentoring and developing junior consultants.

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• CMaPS / IMaPS (or working towards).
• Proven experience in CDM and Principal Designer roles within construction consultancy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• A proactive and commercially aware approach.

• Salary up to £65,000 (DOE) + car allowance & benefits.
