Senior CDM Consultant

Overview

Join a growing Health & Safety team as part of a wider construction group working as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor on a range of projects in the North East. This is a remote based role joining an established team offering good training and development opportunities. This is a consultancy role, but one where work life balance is valued, you will be working on a small volume of projects for a great business that puts team culture first.

Responsibilities

The role involves delivering Principal Designer and CDM advisory services on projects within the North East as part of a remote-based, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a CDM Advisor is essential in this role.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate is beneficial, along with any design or construction experience/qualifications.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary up to £55k + car allowance and all travel from home paid for.
• For candidates with broader business development experience, salary up to £60k.

About the Client

The client is a major construction and property consultancy, with an office in Newcastle and this role is part of a team expansion. Mattinson Partnership has worked with this company for the past 3 years and placed people with them in the Midlands and London.
