Senior Category Manager - Indirects

Permanent - London Hybrid 1-2 days on site

Salary Band: £70,001 - £90,000 per annum

Sector: Other

Salary: £80k + bonus, good pension and 28 days hols + bank hols

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of a team of category managers and ensure delivery of long-term category strategies.
• Lead complex tender activities and help build a best-practice procurement function.
• Provide strong understanding of Category Management, plan category strategies, and oversee contract performance measurement, risk management and change.
• Develop and nurture teams in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience across indirect categories (e.g., HR, IT, Marketing, Professional Services) and managing a procurement team.
• Strong understanding of category management, strategy planning, contract performance measurement, risk management and change management.
• Proven ability to drive delivery in a hybrid/onsite working model.
