Senior Case Worker: Smokefree Health & Wellbeing Advocate

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Senior Case Worker to support adults with care and support needs in achieving smokefree goals and improving health and wellbeing. This role involves working with younger adults, Social Workers and Public Health colleagues to embed smoking cessation into social care practice.

You will conduct assessments, provide non-judgemental support, and collaborate with partners to tackle health inequalities and Smokefree Hampshire 2030 ambitions.
