Senior Case Manager - Portfolio Management

This is a hands on, high volume role within a close knit team of 8+, managing a live portfolio of residential properties across the UK. You'll be dealing with real people, real issues and real responsibility, often at speed.

This isn't a role where you sit back and "observe". You'll be in the detail, on the phone, making decisions, juggling priorities and working cases from start to finish. It's busy. It's structured. It's people focused. And you'll need to think on your feet.

• Managing a large, live caseload no two cases are the same

You don't need to come from property. In fact, this role works well for people from:

• Financial services or lending support
• Legal or compliance roles (including paralegal)
