A bit about the role At Clanmil, our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do, and we want to provide more great homes for families that need them. Our care teams are focused on person centred care, developing outcome based support plans, and continually reviewing those to ensure positive improvements.

As Senior Carer, you will be maintaining effective record keeping, administering medication, leading and supporting the team of dedicated staff in providing person centred care and support services to our residents. You'll drive performance through supervision and mentoring of staff, delivering induction and coaching and you will be a strong role model, with residents' needs, dignity and respect at the heart of the role.
