About the role:

As a Senior Carer, you'll:

  • Deliver high quality, safe and responsive care to clients in their own homes.
  • Support clients with personal care, medication administration, and nutritional needs.
  • Carry out delegated clinical tasks (following training and competency sign off).
  • Lead and support care staff in the field, including shadowing and spot checks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals.
  • Contribute to care plans and risk assessments to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Promote independence and champion client dignity at all times.
What we're looking for:
  • Experience in home care or healthcare support (essential).
  • A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to work towards it.
  • Confident in providing personal care and using equipment such as hoists.
  • A driver with access to a vehicle (essential due to community visits).
  • Excellent communication skills, compassion and a calm, can do approach.

  • Pay: from £13.24 - £13.44 per hour - bank holiday £18.54 per hour
