Senior Careers Recruitment Lead - UK Early Talent

Goodwin seeks a senior Early Careers leader to design, manage and optimize UK trainee recruitment, vacation schemes and development programmes. You will partner with office leadership, practice groups and L&D to forecast trainee needs, manage budgets, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while promoting diversity and inclusion across all early careers initiatives.

You will oversee the Go4Law Scholarship, secondments, and mentoring, driving engagement with universities and internal
