Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care to residents, supervising junior staff, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering person centred care plans
  • Administering medication in line with company policy
  • Supervising and mentoring care assistants
  • Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
  • Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
  • Supporting the Registered Manager with compliance and quality assurance
