Senior Care Team Leader - Lead Care Plans & Mentoring

Abbeyfield Living Society in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team at Speedwell Court. The role involves taking overall responsibility for residents' health, care and social needs on shift, and coordinating care plans. You will lead a team, supervise and develop staff, administer medications, and act as the lead during emergencies. A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or working towards it is preferred, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
