Senior Care Team Leader - Dementia & Elderly Care

Evermore Care Limited at Ashton Manor in Lancaster is seeking an experienced Residential Team Leader (Days) to coordinate shifts, support colleagues and deliver the highest standards of care for residents.

You will lead and mentor the care team, manage rotas, ensure smooth handovers and compliance with CQC standards. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week, a 16.52/hour base rate with overtime at 18.02/hour, and a basic annual equivalent of £33,073.
