Senior Care Team Lead - Resident Wellbeing

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer at one of our care homes in Reading to lead a team and deliver person-centred care. You will train and supervise staff, delegate tasks on shift, and support with administering and ordering medications, while reviewing resident care plans and conducting risk assessments.

You will liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and residents' families, ensuring dignity and tailored support for every resident.
