Senior Care Team Lead - Compassionate Elder Care

Barchester Healthcare in the East Midlands is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to look after residents with person-centred care, supervising a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans and reviews.

You'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, a warm, compassionate approach, and a commitment to dignity and individualised care.
