At CareRight, we're looking for a Senior Care Supervisor to lead, inspire, and support a dedicated team of carers delivering truly person-centred care across Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

The RoleAs a Senior Care Supervisor, you'll manage a small care team (or "pod"), combining hands on carewith supervisory and leadership responsibilities.
Working closely with clients, families, health professionals, and the wider CareRight team, you'll ensure consistent care quality, regulatory compliance, and a positive, supported working environment for your carers.
You'll play a key role in:
- Leading and mentoring a team
- Supporting the out-of-hours service through participation in the on call rota
- Completing care plan assessments and regular reviews
- Leading shadow shifts for new carers and carrying out care observations
- Monitoring compliance and updating care management software
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and client families to ensure continuity of care
- Proven leadership experience within a care setting
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A compassionate, client-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Plymouth and nearby areas
- Flexibility to provide guidance and support when required
- Competitive salary: Up to £32,000 per year, plus overtime and bonus opportunities
- 28 days paid holiday
