Senior Care Supervisor - Lead & Mentor Compassionate Care

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in a Barchester care home to supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will support the clinical team in medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews, while ensuring residents' dignity and preferences are respected in a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

You will bring an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with a focus on elderly care, and a warm,
