Senior Care Operations Leader - Multi-Site Support

Agincare is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across New Milton and the Southampton area. You will provide leadership across services supporting two individuals with learning disabilities and a bespoke case with complex needs.

You will report to the Registered Manager, drive service performance, maintain high standards of care and safety, and lead with person-centred approaches in line with KPIs. A valid UK driving licence is required for travel between sites.
