Senior Care Mentor & Field Support Lead

Luxuricare Ltd in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support colleagues in the field and deliver your own care visits to a high standard. You will be the first point of contact for carers, providing on-shift guidance and introductions to new clients.

You will also aid the Field Care Supervisor with spot checks, raise concerns when needed, and assist with medication queries and care plans during shifts.
