Senior Care Manager - Lead Complex Support Teams

LDC Care Co in Dover is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a cluster of Supported Living services. You will report to the Operations Manager and oversee care for 6-12 residents with complex needs, guiding a team of about 30 staff to deliver person-centred support.

The role offers a base salary up to £40,000 plus a £1,200 weekend enhancement and a £1,000 joining bonus, plus enhanced annual leave and a strong bonus/opportunity for progression.
