Senior Care Leader: Kind, Dignified Dementia & Resident Care

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver personalised care in dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings. You'll ensure security, dignity and independence for residents, building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

You will work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide stimulating activities, accurate records and compassionate end-to-life support, while pursuing relevant qualifications and maintaining safeguarding standards.
