Senior Care Leader: Inspire Team, Deliver Dignified Care

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at one of our care homes in Wallingford. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, while supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or reviews.

You'll deliver warm, person-centred care, uphold residents' dignity, and help create a welcoming, vibrant environment.
