Senior Care Leader: Elder/Dementia Care & Team Mentoring

Orchard Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Green Lodge Care Home in Billingham, Teesside. You will lead the care team, assess needs, develop person-centred care plans, and ensure high standards of medical, physical and emotional support. You'll supervise staff, mentor colleagues, and liaise with healthcare professionals and families.
