Senior Care Leader: Dementia Care & Shift Team

Clifton Gardens Care Home in Chiswick is seeking a Senior Care Officer to lead a team, delivering high quality, person centred care and upholding safeguarding and compliance. You will supervise shifts, administer medications safely, monitor residents' health, and work closely with families, healthcare professionals and external partners to ensure compassionate, holistic support.

Essential for the role is Enhanced DBS and a proven background in senior care, with strong knowledge of care planning
