Senior Care Leader - Elderly Care, Day & Night Shifts

Roseberry Care Centres in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide hands-on support to residents and lead junior staff. You will ensure the delivery of person-centred care with dignity and respect, working across day and night shifts in a 44-hour week with alternate weekends.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, strong leadership and communication skills, and a genuine passion for elderly care and team development.
