Senior Care Lead (Days) - Empower Residents & Team

Sandstone Care Group is seeking a Senior Care Practitioner for day shifts at Priesty Fields Care Home in Congleton. You will lead the care team, oversee medication administration, and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care during 8am-8pm shifts across a 38.5 hour week.
