Join Buckland Care's Orchards Residential Home in Swindon as a Senior Care Assistant for two nights a week. In this essential role, you will deliver hands-on care to vulnerable adults while also leading and guiding a team of carers.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a care assistant and will be ready to take on more responsibilities. You'll build solid relationships with service users and may get trained in advanced aspects of care, including medication administration.
