Senior Care Lead - Flexible Hours & Team Impact

Maria Mallaband Care Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to care for residents with physical, psychological and social needs, including personal care and meals. Flexible hours are available to support work-life balance and a 7-day rota.

Candidates should have Level 2 in Health & Social Care with Senior Care experience and be willing to complete Level 3 qualification. Prior care home experience and strong communication are highly valued.
